Adverse Weather Arrangement - Applicable to CII events and activities including  CIIHK CPD seminars and webinars

 

If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a higher tropical signal, or a black storm warning, is issued within three hours before the start of the activity, the activity will be cancelled. Participants may either reschedule or transfer their registrations to other CIIHK CPD activities of the same fee level. Please note that no refunds will be provided.

 

If Typhoon Signal No. 1 to 3, or an amber or red storm warning, is issued, scheduled activities, including webinars, should proceed as planned unless otherwise specified by CIIHK. No registrations can be transferred, and refunds will not be provided for no-shows or reschedule arrangement requests.

 

CIIHK reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any activity at its sole discretion due to adverse weather conditions.
